Wir vermieten nach Vereinbarung möbliert Einzelzimmer in WG. Die Küche und das Bad/WC werden mit anderen geteilt. Die Miete ist von 690 - 1050 CHF je nach Größe der Zimmer und Möblierung. Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung und WLAN sind im Mietzins inbegriffen. Reinigungssrvice jede zweite woche ist auch im Mietzins inbegriffen. Vermietbare PW-Parkplätze sind vorhanden. (40 CHF / monat) Meistens machen die Bewohner/innen Praktikum bei Alstom / ABB, studium bei PSI oder sind junge Mitarbeiter von Unternehmen in Bezirk Baden. We rent various single rooms in a fully furnished shared apartments in this area with rent ranging from 690-1050 CHF depending on the apartment, size and furnishing of the room. The kitchen and the bathrooms are common. Rooms have access to the balcony with a nice view. All ancillary costs like electricity, heating and Wireless LAN is included in the rent. Cleaning service every two weeks is also included in the rent. The residents are usually young employees of companies in Baden, doing internship in Alstom / ABB or are studying in PSI, ETH or University in Zurich.
