I'm looking for a roommate for a 2-person shared flat starting from May 1st. In the approximately 80m2 large 2-person shared flat, your room is 15m2, faces the backyard, and has a parquet floor. The room costs 1,195 per month, including utilities, internet, and radio and TV fees. The apartment has an entrance area, living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two balconies. The shared flat is located in the Länggass quarter, with bus stops for the 11 and 20 buses just a few minutes' walk away. You can reach the Migros on foot within five minutes and the train station within 10-15 minutes. We'll shape our living situation together, but also enjoy time and space alone.
