Description

From now until 30th of August (with possibility of extending to 15th of September), a gorgeous room in WG in a quiet neighboroughood is sub-rented. The reason of sub-renting is my temporary exchange abroad.

The apartment is located 15-min walk from Bahnhof, 2 min walk from Engeried bus stop (line 11) and 4 min to Sport University and surrounding forrest. Migros, Denner and Coop are located within 5 min walk distance. There is a shared kitchen with fridge, oven, stove tops, sink, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee mashine and a table. Living room has 2 sofa beds, a big dining table and chairs. Bathroom is equipped with sink, toillete, bathtub and cupboard with drawers. In the basement there is a shared washing mashine and a dryer.

The bedroom that is rented is cca 12 sq meters that comes with a queen size bed, big wardrobe, curtains, night stand, lamp and a cupboard with drawers. The window is looking at the peaceful green courtyard.

What I personally like about this apartment is the terrace + balcony with a small private garden that is very refreshing oasis in the summer. There are herbs and tomatoes growing and it is very nice with BBQ.

The WG is shared with a male swiss journalist in his 30s and two well behaved and good cats, Pancho and Lina :)
Visiting to the apartment and getting to know each other will be arranged in the next 2 weeks.
