Hi there!

I'm looking for someone nice and tidy to sublet my room in a quiet 3-bedroom shared apartment for 12 months (1 year) from 1. August 2025- 31. August 2026.

The monthly rent is 1100 CHF and includes the following:

-furnished room in fully furnished apartment
-fully equipped kitchen
-washer/dryer in the apartment
-two bathrooms in the apartment (bathroom to be shared with one other person)
-two balconies
-extra cellar/storage space
-charges included
-no need to buy the furniture, but a 500.- deposit (paid back if nothing is damaged)
-10 min walk from EHL
-5-8 min walk from two bus stations

The room is one of three in a lovely apartment currently shared by three girls, who are very tidy and neat. The apartment is located very close to EHL, and the school can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. Two bus stops, En Marin and Molliettes, are located within walking distance (approx. 5-8min), both with direct buses to Croisettes metro station.

The room, as well the rest of the apartment, come fully furnished and are very cosy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) and washer and drier are located inside the apartment. There is small cellar/storage room for the apartment which can be used as well. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. There are two balconies, one of which has a small table and chairs and offers a good place to sit and relax outside in summer.

All charges are included in the rent (electricity, water and heating). The furniture does not have to be bought, but there is a 500.- deposit since the furniture will continue to be used after. This will be paid back in full if nothing was damaged.
