You will share the apartment with two other tenants. The flat has a living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Internet (10-15 CHF), electricity (~15 CHF), Serafe (10 CHF) are external costs.

The place is close to coop (1 min), tram 9 (2 mins), tram 7 (6 mins) and Stettbach station. ETH Zentrum is 20 mins away.

The cleaning turns of the house should be followed to keep the appartment clean.

Also, this is not a party flat :)
