Ich suche einen unkomplizierten, sympathischen und saubere:n Mitbewohner:in (mindestens 30 Jahre alt) für meine 4.5-Zi-Wohnung mitten im pulsierenden Kreis 3.
Du wohnst mit mir (32 Jahre alt) und meistens meiner 3-jährigen Tochter und teilst mit uns die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Dein Zimmer (ca. 16 m²) hat einen eigenen Zugang zur Terrasse (ca. 20 m²) mit Blick aufs Lochergut. Dein Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, und dein Büro/Hobbyraum (ca. 30 m²) befindet sich eine Etage oberhalb.
Ein Garagenparkplatz kann bei Interesse für CHF 200 dazugemietet werden.

I'm looking for an easy-going, likeable, and tidy tenant (at least 30 years old) for my 4.5-room apartment in the heart of vibrant District 3.
You'll be living with me (32 years old) and mostly my 3-year-old daughter, sharing the kitchen and living room with us. Your room (approx. 16 m²) has direct access to a 20 m² terrace with a view of Lochergut. Your private bathroom has a shower, and your office/hobby room (approx. 30 m²) is one floor above.
A garage parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 200 if needed.
