I am looking for a new roommate for my 4.5-room apartment from May 1st to May 31st, 2025.

The apartment is located right at Albisriederplatz (connections in all directions). In addition to your private room, the apartment features a spacious living room, a kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, etc.), two bathrooms, and a workspace in the office room.

The laundry room is in the basement of the building (washing machine, dryer, drying room).

We would be sharing the apartment together.

Ich suche für meine 4.5 Zimmer-Wohnung vom 01.05. - 31.05.2025 einen neuen Mitbewohner.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Albisriederplatz (Anschluss in alle Richtungen) Nebst deinem persönlichen Zimmer verfügt die Wohnung über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Küche (Abwaschmaschine, Backofen, etc. vorhanden), 2 Badezimmer sowie ein Arbeitsplatz im Büroraum.

Die Waschküche befindet sich im UG des Hauses (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Trockenraum)

Wir würden uns die Wohnung gemeinsam teilen.
