A room is for rent in my 3,5 bedrooms flat. We will share the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room.
The room, with window, is about 12m2, height 2.80, including a built-in wardrobe. Furthermore, there is a bed including mattress and bedside table and a desk with chair
In general the flat is completly equipped and Internet, TV and all the bills are also included in the monthly rent.

The kitchen has a small balcony.
The apartment has a private basement cellar and a shared laundry with a dryer for about five tenants. The location is great, 30 meters from the tram stop " Quellenstrasse", in Kreis 5, many shops, restaurants and bars in the nearby.

I am looking for:
A nice, friendly and easy going woman/man 28-45 years.

I am:
An IT Developer (m, 42) from Italy. I am very dedicated to my job and travel a lot during the weekends. Nevertheless, I like to meet for a beer, a glass of wine in our neighborhood or cooking together. I speak English and Italian, of course, and I am still in my learning process for German.

Visit viewing can be arranged.
