Cerco subentrante temporaneo nella mia stanza ammobiliata a Zurigo, Dietlikon da subito fino ad agosto. Preferibilmente uno studente. La stanza comprende un letto 1 piazza e mezza, comodino, scrivania, armadio e due librerie Kallax. Ci sono due bagni, uno dei quali è privato mio (e dunque del subentrante). L'appartamento è un 4.5 condiviso con due ragazzi ticinesi studenti all'ETH di ingegneria meccanica. Il soggiorno è ampio e luminoso e la cucina è attrezzata di lavastoviglie, stoviglie e pentole/padelle. La palazzina è riservata e tranquilla, con parcheggio bici interno e cantina privata per ogni appartamento.L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a circa 20 minuti dalla stazione centrale di Zurigo (anche meno se si ha la bici). Sul percorso a circa 10 minuti a piedi o a 1 fermata in bus dall'appartamento ci sono Coop, Spar, una Farmacia e altri negozi.

!Grosszügiges WG-Zimmer oder ganze Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage verfügbar! Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung wird in meiner schönen 2er WG ein Zimmer (ca. 15m^2) frei. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, entweder befristet in das WG-Zimmer einzuziehen, oder direkt die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen (Miete: 1583.-). Das heisst diese Wohnung eignet sich sowohl zur Übergangslösung, als auch als permanente Lösung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass Möbel abgekauft und übernommen werden können. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, grosszügige Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), ein Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne und eine Gemeinschafts-Waschküche mit Tumbler. Der Balkon ist wunderschön, bei schönem Wetter kann man darauf die Abendsonne geniessen. Die Wohnung befindet sich 5min vom Bahnhof Dietlikon entfernt und innert 15min ist man am HB Zürich. In wenigen Gehminuten hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Je nachdem für welche Option du dich entscheidest (WG-Zimmer oder ganze Wohnung), würdest du dir die WG mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin teilen. Sie ist 26 Jahre alt und kommt aus Luxemburg, spricht fliessend Deutsch. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Sport, geht in die Natur oder trifft Freunde. Dies ist keine reine Zwecks-WG. Mal miteinander zu Abend essen, quatschen oder ab und an zusammen kochen ist immer willkommen. Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird hier gross geschrieben. Du solltest auf jeden Fall wissen, wie man putzt ;) Ich suche Jemanden, der/die möglichst kurzfristig einziehen kann (bereits ab März, spätestens 1.April). We are two flatmates seeking a third person to join our shared apartment in Dietlikon. Our flat is ideally located right next to Dietlikon train station, offering a quick 11-minute commute to Zurich HB. There's also a supermarket directly next to our building.The available room is fully furnished with a bed, shelf, desk and chair, couch and clothing rack. The room also has a balcony with an outdoor lounge. Our living environment is generally quiet, as we all work long hours and are often out.
